Mince Burgers: (Waterway).

Achieving a street-feel concept without it ending up looking poor due to execution is tricky, which is why the project needed precision and quality throughout all its phases.

  • The porous concrete floors were treated for easier maintenance and cleaning.
  • Because we offer value engineering; we decided to go with locally-made, cost-cutting red bricks that required precision, constant guidance and monitoring and impeccable craftsmanship to achieve this high symmetry, clean and straight lines. We also substituted the suggested quartz material for the green community tables with the more economic painted wood that we treated to achieve the same look and feel.
  • The elevated seats were carefully manufactured to ensure durability and safety and the air conditioning ducts were cladded with the highest quality to ensure a neat final look.
